Dan was amazing. He was super nice, charismatic and professional. He went above and beyond in repairing our slate floors. We wanted to keep the look of the original slate floors in our new lake house, but the dirt had been sealed into it over the years. Dan stripped, cleaned, and re-sealed our slate floors to make them look brand-new. He repainted the grout lines as well to give the floor a clean, fresh look. We could tell he is very passionate for what he does as we could see the excitement in his face when our floors started to brighten up. Dan even stayed later to help us with another project we were doing in our home. He helped us cut tile for our bathroom floor and sand down a stain we had on our front porch. My granite countertops look better after the stone refinishing by tri-state Stone doctor then they did when they were initially installed. The crew took their time to complete the job to my complete satisfaction. In addition to three separate countertops that were refinished, I also had the tile of a walk in shower chemically cleaned and the grout resealed which restored the appearance to a "like new condition" which looks amazing. All of the soap and product residue is eliminated from the tile and grout surface. The work crew was diligent regarding the work area prep and clean up and there were no signs of them being here after their cleanup.
Besides the superb quality of work performed, Dan walked around to each of the areas of work performed and reviewed what was done to insure it was completed to my satisfaction. I did schedule this work about 2 months in advance and it was worth the wait to have such an impressive, professional result! Dan is very attentive to the detail of the job to be performed as well as complete customer satisfaction. There are no cut corners on this job nor did I feel any rush to complete the job in a shoddy manner. He is professional, complete and it shows in the final result when the job is complete!

Great attention to detail, knowledgeable , professional and more than fair on price. Reached out to two other pros regarding refinishing our marble countertops before finding Stone doctor; both told me it couldn't be done. Daniel from Stone Doctors came out and was very assuring it was possible. He went above and beyond and our countertops look better than new. Highly recommend.

We have a green house with a brick floor off of the kitchen. The floor was filthy from plants and pets. It needed a DEEP, DEEP cleaning fast because we are selling the home. I sent pictures to Dan at Tri-State Stone Doctor and he agreed to come out several days later. He showed up on time and did a wonderful job. The floor looks GREAT! Thanks Dan

Dan (The owner) did an outstanding job resurfacing and polishing the marble countertops in my kitchen just in time for Thanksgiving. His pricing was great and he stepped me through every step of the process with detailed explanations. He also left me with an assortment of products to maintain the countertops thereafter.
